BUGLISI DANCE THEATRE

MARTINE VAN HAMEL leapt to widespread public acclaim by winning the Gold medal and Prix de Varna at the International Ballet Competition of 1966. She went on to stardom with the National Ballet of Canada and as a principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre. From 1992 to 1997, she performed with Nederlands Dans Theater III. She continues to perform character roles with ABT and is pleased to work again with Jacqulyn Buglisi. She is a co-founder of Kaatsbaan International Dance Center.
